Thoughts on 2023

2023 you taught me…
about love, commitment, friendship, and the artist I am becoming.

We said hello to a new home, and grieved our old neighborhood.
We went to ATL.
We went to Long Island.
We went to Nashville.
We went to NYC.
We went to Vermont!
We said a last goodbye to Papa, adding his ashes to our church.
We launched work and collections and joined Well + Wonder.
We set up at Life’s Patina Spring Barn Sale.
We built a wall and added doors.
We had a fabulous Chester County Studio Tour in the new studio!
We welcomed numerous folks into our new space!
We held workshops at Warwick Furnace Farm + Sycamore + Stone Farm.
We held workshops in the new studio!
We spent more time with family and loved ones.
We welcomed Hilary Rose and fell in love. (No not my baby, just my dear friend’s baby!)
We walked.
We launched wallpaper and fabric!!!
We spent way too much time on Zoom but I wouldn’t change it for the world.
We cooked and ate and drank and celebrated.
We laughed.
We had a blast in the midst of it all.
The theme is WE. This is not me. It takes a village to do anything: to live a life, to build a business. I don’t do this alone. And I’m so grateful to all of the beautiful souls that make this possible.
