All packages ship from southeastern Pennsylvania, USA. All orders will ship in 3 - 5 business days. All packages go through USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

All international shipping will go through USPS International Priority Mail with insurance (6 - 10 business days). For International buyers item cost and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes and customs fees. Those chargers are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping cost is non-refundable if buyer refuses to pay the fees or if the package is undeliverable.  

Prints up to 16"x20" ship flat with backing to ensure that they do not bend in transit. Prints larger than 16”x20” will be rolled in a tube and sent with instructions as to how to flatten the print carefully. 

All sales are final unless goods were damaged in transit. However, if you are unhappy with the product that has reached your door, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your purchase was damaged during the delivery process please email photographs of the damage to sarah@atwaterdesigns.com within 3 days of delivery.

Cyanotypes vary in shade of blue naturally. Depending on the exact amount of chemicals on the paper, length of drying time of chemicals, length of exposure to UV light, and washout, original works vary one from the next - and so does the scanned work from which we make prints. We try to make the color on screen (brightness all the way up) as close as possible to the piece that we mail to you.
